Account creation, security, and user responsibilities

- Accounts created with false information may be cancelled at any time.
- Creating multiple accounts with the same mobile number is strictly forbidden.
- Keeping your password and login information confidential is entirely your responsibility.
- Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

- A320 reserves the right to investigate any unusual activity detected in an account.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users must comply with platform rules. Fraudulent activities, use of bots, unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, and any form of cyberattacks are strictly prohibited. Such activities may lead to permanent account termination and legal action where applicable.
Payment, Transaction & Bonus Policies
Deposits & Withdrawals
At a320, deposits can be made using Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via bKash and Nagad. Deposits are usually credited to your balance instantly. Withdrawal requests may take some processing time. All transaction history is saved in your account.
Bonus & Voucher Terms
Bonus credits can only be withdrawn after meeting specific turnover requirements. Each bonus’s validity period, turnover conditions, and eligible games are listed separately. A welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account. Bonus misuse or detection of artificial turnover may result in bonus cancellation.
